(1) Desktop
Material: Made of brand new "Yanshan Petrochemical" ABS impact-resistant plastic with integrated injection molding. The panel with reinforcing ribs is 25mm thick, and the panel without reinforcing ribs is 4.5mm thick. The panel features good wear resistance, oxidation resistance, fade resistance, good toughness, and high strength. It has been tested by inspection agencies to meet safety standards and does not use recycled materials.
Dimensions: 650mm × 450mm, with completely burr-free edges and bottom, smooth and safe.
Additional design:
(A) Two "Shougang" 15*30*1.2mm complete straight rectangular tubes are embedded inside the bottom of the panel, flush with the bottom of the panel to reinforce load-bearing. This ABS panel can withstand the impact of a 5-pound hammer without damage.
(B) The desktop is square-shaped, with no pen stop bar or pen groove on top.
(2) Desk drawer
Material: Made of "Angang" 0.8mm cold-rolled steel plate formed by one-time stamping.
Dimensions: Length 500mm, depth 350mm, height 150mm, with φ8 rolled edge rounded transition at the drawer opening.
(3) Desk frame
Dimensions: Double-column lifting type, with 5 height settings for the desk. The desk height adjustment range is 670mm-790mm. The lifting adjustment uses "DTC" diameter 8mm round-head internal hex bolts passing through the column and closed-head nuts with spring washers for fastening. The outer tube is made of "Shougang" φ38mm×1.5mm, the inner tube is made of "Shougang" φ32mm×1.5mm, with a nylon inner sleeve between the inner and outer tubes. The foot uses "Shougang" φ32mm×1.5mm steel pipe formed by one-time hydraulic molding, width 400mm. The lower frame has no horizontal grid connection. The bottom of the desk drawer uses two "Shougang" 25mm×50mm×1.2mm oval steel tubes, welded with connecting plates at both ends, combined with the two side legs using M8×16mm large cap internal hex bolts, making the desk frame more stable. The support for the desktop grid is a "Shougang" 20×40×1.2mm rectangular tube, making the desktop more solid.
