1. The support legs use 40*80 rectangular tubes produced by Tang Steel. The base foot is made of 2mm cold-rolled stretched plate, stamped and stretched into shape. The armrest frame is made of 2mm cold-rolled Ansteel brand steel plate, bent and stamped, then welded to the support legs and base foot using CO2 shielded welding.
2. The exterior of the steel parts undergoes degreasing, rust removal, pickling, and phosphating, followed by electrostatic powder coating treatment. It is rust-resistant, fade-resistant, and highly corrosion-resistant.
3. The back panel uses a three-dimensional design that conforms to ergonomic principles, providing comfortable seating. The base material is high-quality birch veneer from Northeast China, coated with imported "Casco" environmentally friendly glue, and molded once using a high-frequency press. The exterior is decorated with high-grade solid wood, with a thickness of 18mm.
4. The seat panel uses high-quality birch plywood with imported solid wood veneer on the exterior, with a thickness of 15mm.
5. The armrest cover board is made of high-quality solid wood, finely crafted, and coated externally with polyester clear varnish, making it beautiful and attractive.
6. All wooden parts are coated externally with "Easy Paint Treasure" paint, which has a hard film and a good hand feel.
7. The soft back and seat foam use polyurethane cold foam technology, molded once with high density; back density is 40kg/m3, seat density is 48kg/m3.
8. The fabric uses high-quality Yida fabric, treated with three-proof processing, anti-static, non-pilling, wrinkle-resistant, fade-resistant, wear-resistant, with high tear strength, and flame retardant meeting the national B1 standard.
9. The rebound component uses a spring torsion type with a damper, allowing the cushion to return slowly, noiselessly, and accurately.
10. The writing board base material uses high-quality plywood, built-in, 18mm thick. The writing board is hot-pressed and molded once. The support arm is made of precision cast steel, sturdy and durable, easy to use, and space-saving.
11. The seat is fixed using M8*70 machine screws, hammered and fixed with 1:1 wet sand cement, ensuring it never loosens.
12. All components' formaldehyde content meets the national E1 standard.
