1. The leg is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, using plate-type die casting, with an upper arc design, high safety factor, column thickness of 12mm, and base length of 265mm. The outer side of the aluminum leg is covered with ABS engineering plastic decorative panel, molded by mold, sturdy and easy to disassemble.
2. The seat rebound structure is composed of aluminum alloy components, featuring an elastic rebound structure with built-in silencing device, ensuring noise-free rebound.
3. The back panel backing plate is made from 1.2mm thick "Ansteel" steel mesh.
4. The fixed crossbar is a 40*80*1.5mm "Shougang" rectangular tube.
5. The three-dimensional curved seat and back panels conform to ergonomics. They use 1.5mm birch veneer coated with "Sheng Ji Yi Jia" environmentally friendly formaldehyde-free glue, molded once by high-frequency press, with a 1mm thick beech wood veneer surface, total thickness 12mm. The surface is coated with "Easy Coating" water-based paint, five base coats and three top coats. The surface color is uniform, smooth, and flat. The seat and back panels are connected integrally with hardware and fixtures, sturdy and durable, with hardware either recessed or hidden after assembly.

The desktop is made of 25mm thick "Furen" density board double-laminated with "Menghe" fireproof board, with "Menghe" environmentally friendly fireproof board on top and similar domestic fireproof board on the bottom. The sitting surface is formed with a semicircular rear molding, and the other three edges are sealed with 2mm "Xiong Yi" PVC edging, complying with the "Indoor Decoration and Renovation Materials - Formaldehyde Emission Limits for Artificial Boards and Their Products" (GB18580-2017) standard.
7. The steel desktop and shelf brackets are made of 2.5mm thick steel plate, firmly connected to the legs.
8. The tubular shelf is made by welding six ￠14*1.2mm "Shougang" round tubes. The welding parts are fully welded by robot welding to ensure flatness and uniform weld seams.
9. Surface treatment
Wood parts: thick paint film, good hand feel, environmentally friendly with no odor, good leveling, no wrinkling, no bumps, no bubbles, etc.
Metal parts: all are shot blasted with steel shots for physical degreasing and rust removal, then acid washed and phosphated, followed by automatic electrostatic spray coating on a production line. The finished product has uniform color, strong adhesion, and high impact resistance.
10. After assembly, the row chair is firm and stable, with no downward deformation of the desktop when supported by both hands. The entire chair is odorless, meeting QB/T 2601-2013 standards, with formaldehyde emission of 0.02mg/m³.
11. Each hard-seat row chair is equipped with a high-quality socket and comes with a national standard power cord, specification 2.5㎡.
