  • 1. Specifications: 1210*460*760mm (overall external dimensions allow a tolerance of +5mm in length, width, and height) with a clear height of 635mm in the middle.

    2. Desktop panel specifications are 1210mm*460mm*30mm; the substrate uses "Furen" Environmentally friendly E1 grade medium-density fiberboard, surface laminated with maple-colored melamine decorative panel. The desktop edges are formed by PP plastic through one-time injection molding with a large injection molding machine, seamless. The desktop has three straight edges and one duckbill edge (duckbill edge injection width 35mm). The front left and right ends of the desktop have cup holders with an inner diameter of 68mm, outer diameter of 90mm (±1mm tolerance), and depth of 6mm. A pen slot is set at the front, with a center distance of 605mm, length of 195mm, and width of 20mm. Book positioning slots with a height of 3mm are set at both ends of the cup holders and the front edge of the desktop.

    1. Front panel: made of high-quality multilayer board laminated with "Fumeijia" 0.6mm fireproof board molded once by mold pressing, thickness 9mm, width 360mm, length adjustable according to customer requirements. The panel is shaped like an "S"; when the desktop panel is folded up, it corresponds with the desk legs. Decorative connectors on the left and right sides of the panel form a unified shape with the front panel, length 365mm.

    4. Panel support frame: The connecting support frame is made of high-quality hot-rolled steel plate, molded by mold and precision welded, with a wall thickness of 2.5mm. The surface is finely ground and then treated with anti-rust electrostatic spray. Book rack: made of high-quality ø14 steel pipe, wall thickness 1.5mm, depth 180±10mm. The left and right steel pipes of the book rack are fixed with rubber sleeve fasteners.

    5. Desk leg frame is made of high-quality environmentally friendly aluminum alloy material, integrally formed by mold pressing and injection molding. The appearance is an unequal-sided "octagonal" triangular shape. Net weight not less than 3.1kg, height ≥710mm, length ≥620mm, width 70±5mm, footplate height 50±5mm. Both sides of the leg frame have sliding slots for linked panels, length ≥125mm, depth 10±2mm; the bottom has 4 reinforcing ribs 10±2mm thick. The footplate has a 360-degree rotating concealed foot (wheels completely hidden) with a brake system that is both stylish and allows free movement and brake fixation.

    The brake movable nylon caster complies with QB/T4765-2014 "Furniture Casters"; GB/T32487-2016 "General Technical Conditions for Plastic Furniture" standards: (1) Wheel diameter ≥45mm, outer corner rounding radius ≥2.0mm (2) Impact resistance, dynamic load, rolling resistance, rotational resistance, static load meet testing standards (3) Phthalate harmful substance limit ≤0.1% (4) Heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons harmful substance limits meet testing standards (5) Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) harmful substance limits ≤1000mg/kg.

    6. Linked control handle: made of high-quality ABS material, integrally formed by one-time injection molding. The linked handle is installed at both ends under the desktop. When folded up, pressing either handle allows the desktop panel and front panel to fold simultaneously.
