11. Surface treatment

Wooden parts: thick paint film, good hand feel, yellowing resistance, odorless, good leveling, no wrinkling, no lumps, no bubbles, etc.

Metal parts: all treated by shot blasting with steel shots for physical degreasing and rust removal, then electrostatically sprayed with light gray matte finish on an automatic spraying line; finished product has uniform color, strong adhesion, and strong impact resistance.
