I. Seat Back Panel
1. Made of high-quality "Ansteel" cold-sheared steel plate 1050*520*1.4T㎜, punched with a specialized high-speed CNC punching machine and dedicated punching mold. The seat back panel is punched with 70 rows horizontally and 48 rows vertically of 4㎜ diameter round holes (horizontal hole spacing: 16㎜, vertical hole spacing: 10㎜). After edge trimming and straightening, it is cold-pressed integrally using a large hydraulic machine and specialized cold-press mold, forming a size of 1020*495㎜.
2. The brackets on both sides of the seat back panel use 1.5T㎜ high-quality "Ansteel" cold-rolled steel plate, cold-pressed with a large hydraulic machine and specialized mold. The joints are welded using CO2 shielded welding by imported automatic welding robots, positioned with specialized welding molds, and combined welding is performed at specified points by imported automatic welding robots using CO2 shielded welding.
3. At the bottom of the seat back bracket, one T5.0㎜ "V-shaped iron piece" is welded on each side (used for installing the seat back panel and triangular crossbar). It is positioned with specialized clamps, fully welded at specified points, then ground and polished.
4. Chair cushion surface material and process: Uses an internal plywood board, 35-density "Sainom" high-resilience sponge, 15mm thick, covered with high-quality durable 1.0mm thick premium synthetic leather, providing comfortable seating that resists deformation after prolonged sitting and is easy to clean.
II. Crossbar (Standard Three-Seater)
1. Made of high-quality "Ansteel" steel plate 1740*330*1.5T㎜, bent and positioned using a large folding machine. After six processing steps, seven 150*110*1.5T㎜ reinforcement plates are welded at specified positions on the bottom of the crossbar using specialized clamps. Installation holes are punched at specified positions on the crossbar using specialized molds, then ground, polished, and surface coated.
2. Both ends of the crossbar are sealed with plastic plugs, which are aesthetically pleasing and easy to install. The standard color is gray.
III. Armrest
1. Made of 40*20*1.2T㎜ "Shougang" seamless cold-drawn tube, cold-bent using a specialized large bending machine with dedicated molds. Welding is done with Japanese imported robots and specialized clamps for positioning, followed by grinding, polishing, and surface coating.
IV. Chair Legs
1. Made of T1.0㎜ high-quality "Ansteel" cold-sheared steel plate, cold-pressed using specialized large precision molds. Welding is performed with Japanese imported robots and specialized molds for positioning, followed by grinding, polishing, and surface coating.
2. Adjustable foot pads are made of new PP material and specific screws, injection molded using specialized molds. The contact surface with the ground is designed to be anti-slip. The standard color is black.
3. Chair leg covers are made of 201# stainless steel, cold-pressed using specialized molds. The standard color is natural stainless steel.
V. Surface Coating Treatment
1. All hardware parts such as seat back panel, armrest, chair legs, and crossbar undergo pre-treatment including degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, comprehensive treatment, and surface conditioning. After high-temperature drying, they are electrostatically sprayed with "Akzo" powder coating, then cured in a high-temperature oven to level and solidify the powder coating.
2. After the seat back panel, armrest, and chair legs are cured with "Akzo" electrostatic powder coating, a second coating of silver flash oil is applied, followed by timed curing in a high-temperature oven.
