I. Seats
1. The design, selection, and installation method of the seats comply with national general requirements. They coordinate with the design of sports venues, featuring aesthetics, comfort, safety, durability, and also facilitate easy installation, maintenance, and management.
2. The seat surface is made using hollow blow molding technology, selecting high-density polyethylene material (HDPE) formed in one process. It features smooth edges on the seat surface, concentrated molecular weight, high bonding strength at the joint seams, excellent aging resistance, and impact resistance.
3. Polyethylene (HDPE) is a milky white translucent waxy solid with a molecular weight of 100,000 to 300,000. The density of the homopolymer is generally 0.955 to 0.965, with a linear structure, few branches, and crystallinity of 80% to 90%. HDPE has the lowest degree of branching, allowing molecules to pack tightly, resulting in the highest density (0.941g/cm3 to 0.965g/cm3) and high crystallinity. It has high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical properties, and a relatively high service temperature. It is resistant to aging, impact, low temperature, and oil. HDPE has very low water absorption, is non-toxic, and has excellent chemical stability.
4. Seat surface dimensions: seat width × seat depth × back height = 420 × 420 × 180 (mm); seat surface wall thickness: 4 mm.
5. Installation dimensions: seat center distance 480 mm, installation height depends on the step height.
6. The lowest part of the seat surface has drainage holes to ensure no water accumulation on the seat.
7. Seat service life > 10 years.
8. Colors can be chosen and matched freely.
II. Structural Accessories
1. Connectors: A3 steel plate stamped parts.
2. All steel components are pickled and phosphated, then electrostatically sprayed on an automatic spraying line to enhance corrosion resistance.
3. Fasteners: high-quality "DTC" brand screws are used for seats and connectors.
4. Seat number: seat numbers are set at the front end of the seat back with an embedded design.
III. Performance Requirements
1. Seats can bear more than 200 kg and resist impact.
2. Static load of seats: seat surface load above 1600N, backrest load above 760N.
3. Seat durability: seat load of 950N × 100,000 times or more.
4. Seat aging resistance: complies with QB/T2601-2013 standard.
5. Weather resistance and high temperature resistance: no deformation or cracking after 72 hours in 80℃ high temperature and 72 hours in -55℃ low temperature environments.
