(1) The bed legs are made of 35×35×2.0mm (front) and 30×30×2.0mm (rear) “Xinhua” square steel tubes. The headboard crossbar is a 30×50×2.0mm “Xinhua” rectangular tube, the middle upright crossbar is a 30×30×2.0mm “Xinhua” square tube, and the remaining crossbars are 30×30×1.5mm “Xinhua” square tubes. The rear bed frame is welded from 30×30×1.5mm “Xinhua” square tubes (full-welded structure). The bed drawer frame’s side tubes are 30×50×2.0mm “Xinhua” rectangular tubes, and the crossbars consist of five 25×25×1.5mm “Xinhua” square tubes. The surface is covered with a 50×50×3mm steel wire mesh, which is securely welded to the support strips on the inner side of the long bed frame and to the end crossbars at both ends. The steel wire mesh must also be firmly welded to all other crossbars. The short crossbars on the ladder side of the bed drawer are 25×45×1.5mm “Xinhua” rectangular tubes. The integrated L-shaped desk features metal surround panels; the corners have R25 rounded edges, and the material used is 2.0mm-thick Grade-1 cold-rolled steel plate from “Ansteel.” The outer supporting legs of the desk are made of 35×35×2.0mm “Xinhua” square tubes. The wardrobe body is fabricated from 0.8mm-thick Grade-1 cold-rolled steel plate from “Ansteel,” with rounded vertical edges on the door-opening side. Inside, there’s a Φ25×1.2mm stainless steel clothes rod and two layers of steel shelves. The longer sides of the shelves are folded three times, and reinforcing ribs are installed at the bottom. On the outer perimeter of the bed drawer, there’s a Φ25×1.5mm metal hanging rod. The ladder handrail tubes are Φ32×1.5mm round tubes, and the treads are made of plastic treads with anti-slip grooves—soft plastic on the exterior and rigid core material on the interior—with luminous indicator strips. The tread dimensions are 350mm (length) × 100mm (width) × 14mm (thickness). The lower part is a trapezoidal support box formed by a single draw of 2.0mm-thick steel plate, with a height of no less than 28mm. This support box is directly welded to the handrail tubes, and the treads are embedded into the trapezoidal support box. The bed is equipped with a bed curtain frame made from Φ30×2.0mm “Xinhua” round tubes and Φ22×1.5mm “Xinhua” round tubes. All metal components are welded using an automatic welding machine to ensure smooth and uniform weld seams. The steel parts are finished in a matte milky white color. The outer surround panels are made of 18mm-thick ENF-grade “Jirong” multi-layer curved plywood, formed in one step using hot-pressing technology. The inner surround panels, end panels, wardrobe door panels, drawer fronts, and bookshelf shelves are all made of 18mm ENF-grade multi-layer solid wood plywood. The desktop is made of 20mm-thick ENF-grade “Tubao” multi-layer solid wood plywood. Both sides of the bed surround panels and wardrobe doors are covered with ENF-grade oak-grain fire-retardant boards; the four edges of the bed surround panels expose the multi-layer board sections, which are sealed with clear oil. The wardrobe doors feature 1mm-thick PVC edge banding. The desktop and bookshelf shelves are coated on both sides with white melamine-impregnated decorative paper; the desktop has a 2mm-thick PVC edge banding, and the bookshelf shelves have a 1mm-thick PVC edge banding. Each bed comes with a 40mm-thick AAAAA-grade mountain palm fiber core mattress, featuring environmentally friendly, flame-retardant fabric on both sides, odorless, and compliant with the GB/T 26706 standard for “Soft Furniture—Palm Fiber Elastic Mattresses.” One end of the mattress is fitted with a 10cm-long zipper; when opened, the internal materials become visible.

(2) Steel-wood composite, modular design. Steel components include: the outer headboard, bed drawer frame, rear bed frame, ladder, integrated desk surround panel, external support legs for the desk top, and bed curtain frame—all connected together via hardware fittings. The bed surround panel is securely installed and fastened to the bed’s steel frame using screws.

(3) All steel components undergo degreasing and derusting treatments before being electrostatically powder-coated. The coating color is matte off-white, with a thickness ranging from 30 to 60 μm. The finished metal products exhibit a uniform and consistent color. All wooden components—both inside and outside (including holes and concealed areas)—must be edge-sealed or fully painted.

(4) Each apartment suite is equipped with a wardrobe, a set of bed curtain rails, and a desk. The inner side of the outer frame of the bed drawer is marked with a safety warning line for bedding. A gray, impact-resistant soft cushion (1550*700*30mm) is installed along the outer edge at the bottom of the bed to prevent bumps and injuries. Each apartment suite comes with a ladder and an eco-friendly mattress made from mountain palm fiber. A recessed bed number plate is affixed to the curved wooden guardrail on the outside of the bed.

(5) The finished products comply with GB/T 3325 “General Technical Requirements for Metal Furniture,” GB 28008-2024 “Technical Specifications for Structural Safety of Furniture,” and GB 18584-2024 “Limit Values for Harmful Substances in Furniture.”
