    (1) The overall structure is a split design with upper and lower sections connected in a fixed manner. The cabinet body is made of Grade 1 cold-rolled steel plate from “Ansteel,” with a thickness of 0.8 mm. After degreasing and derusting, the surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating.

    (2) The base material for the upper cabinet doors is 18mm-thick ENF-grade “Tu Baobao” multi-layer solid wood plywood, with melamine-impregnated decorative paper laminated on both sides and 1mm-thick PVC edge banding in the same color. The opening side of the upper cabinet doors features beveled edges for easier opening. The lower cabinet doors are made of all-aluminum alloy louvre doors with a powder-coated finish (wood grain transfer print), matching the color of the wooden cabinet doors. Both the upper and lower cabinet bodies have three doors that open smoothly (with metal nameplates). The upper cabinet includes one adjustable shelf and an aluminum alloy clothes rail, while the lower cabinet features one adjustable shelf. All internal shelves are made of steel, with triple-folded edges and reinforced ribs underneath. The lower cabinet’s internal shelves are fabricated from 304# stainless steel sheets. The hardware fittings are equipped with damping mechanisms. All wooden components—both inside and outside, including holes and concealed areas—must be sealed or finished with paint.

    (3) The finished products comply with GB/T 3325 “General Technical Requirements for Metal Furniture,” GB 28008-2024 “Technical Specifications for Structural Safety of Furniture,” and GB 18584-2024 “Limit Values for Harmful Substances in Furniture.”
