Main technical specifications and performance description
Specifications: 450*330*700mm
(1) The cabinet body and drawer fronts are both made of 16mm-thick ENF-grade “Tu Baobao” multi-layer solid wood plywood, with oak-grain melamine-impregnated decorative paper laminated on both sides and 1mm-thick PVC edge banding. The drawer boxes are constructed from 0.8mm-thick Grade-1 cold-rolled steel sheet from “Ansteel,” equipped with three-section silent slide rails. The drawer handles are also made of 2mm-thick Grade-1 cold-rolled steel sheet from “Ansteel,” with a textured wood-grain transfer coating applied to their surfaces. The upper part of the cabinet’s partition panels features handle holes.
(2) Three-drawer structure;
(3) All wooden components of the cabinet—both inside and outside (including holes and hidden areas)—must be edge-banded or sealed with paint.
(4) The file cabinet body is white; the drawer fronts are milky-white textured powder-coated.
(5) The finished products comply with GB/T 3325 “General Technical Requirements for Metal Furniture,” GB 28008-2024 “Technical Specifications for Structural Safety of Furniture,” and GB 18584-2024 “Limit Values for Harmful Substances in Furniture.”
