(1) The base material is 0.8 mm-thick Grade-1 cold-rolled steel sheet from “Ansteel,” with the surface undergoing degreasing and derusting treatments before being coated with a plastic finish. The upper section features wooden double doors equipped with a central partition; on the left side, there’s a Φ20×1.2 stainless steel clothes rail and a movable shelf, while the right side has a fixed shelf. The lower section comprises three drawers, each drawer compartment divided into two spaces. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts are made of 18 mm-thick ENF-grade “Tubaby” multi-layer solid wood plywood, with white textured melamine-coated paper laminated on both sides and 1 mm-thick PVC edge banding. Aluminum alloy handles are used.
(2) Metal components shall have a white, textured, powder-coated finish. All wooden components—both inside and outside (including holes and hidden areas)—must be edge-sealed or fully painted.
(3) “Hafele” three-section silent damping slides and damping hinges; cabinet doors and drawers all come with locks.
(4) The finished products comply with GB/T 3325 “General Technical Requirements for Metal Furniture,” GB 28008-2024 “Technical Specifications for Structural Safety of Furniture,” and GB 18584-2024 “Limit Values for Harmful Substances in Furniture.”
