    (1) Base Material: The bed frame is primarily made of wood. The side panels and bed slats are constructed from 18mm-thick ENF-grade “Jirong” multi-layer bent plywood, formed in one step using hot-bending technology. The bed’s partition panels, back panel, bottom panel, cabinet doors, and drawer fronts are made of 18mm-thick ENF-grade “Tu Baobao” multi-layer plywood. All boards are finished with double-sided fire-retardant oak-grain veneer and sealed with clear oil along the edges. Cabinet door and drawer handles are made of 2mm-thick wood-grain transfer-printed steel plates. The steel foot pads at the bottom of the bed frame are welded from 20×20×2.0mm “Xinhua” square tubing; all metal components feature smooth and even weld joints.
    (2) Function: The structure combines steel and wood. The steel frame primarily serves to support the bed cabinet body and is connected to the cabinet body via hardware components. The bed board can be flipped upward and is equipped with a damping gas spring. The rear half of the bed cabinet can be used to store infrequently used items such as bedding. It features "Hafele" hinges and three-section silent slide rails.
    (3) Coating: All steel components undergo degreasing and derusting treatments before being electrostatically powder-coated. The coating color is sand-textured white, with a coating thickness ranging from 30 to 60 μm. The finished metal products exhibit uniform and consistent coloration, with a coating adhesion rating of ≥ Grade 2 and an impact resistance rating of ≥ Grade 3. Wood panels are double-faced with oak-grain fire-retardant boards, and edges are sealed with clear oil (including holes and concealed areas).
    (4) Configuration: The bed frame is equipped with a foldable bed curtain rack, fabricated by bending and welding 5-mm-thick steel plates. Reinforcing ribs made of 4-mm-thick steel plates are incorporated using a hollow-out design. Each bed comes with an AAAAA-grade, eco-friendly mountain palm fiber mattress core measuring 2060×1000×40 mm in thickness (with a 30-mm-thick core). Both sides of the mattress are covered with eco-friendly, flame-retardant fabric that is odorless and meets the requirements of GB/T26706 “Soft Furniture—Palm Fiber Elastic Mattresses.” One end of the natural mountain palm fiber mattress is fitted with a 10-cm-long zipper; when opened, the inner material becomes visible.
    (5) After our company assembles the products, there is no peculiar odor. The plywood used meets the ENF-level environmental standards, with formaldehyde emission levels ≤ 0.025 mg/m³. The finished products comply with GB/T 3325 “General Technical Requirements for Metal Furniture,” GB 28008-2024 “Technical Specifications for Structural Safety of Furniture,” and GB 18584-2024 “Limit Values for Harmful Substances in Furniture.”
