    (1) Base Materials: The cabinet doors and shelves of the wall-mounted cabinets are made of 18mm-thick ENF-grade “Tu Baobao” multi-layer plywood, with oak-grain fire-retardant panels applied to both sides; edges are sealed with clear oil. The cabinet door handles are made of 2mm-thick steel with wood-grain transfer finish. The cabinet bodies of the wall-mounted cabinets are constructed from Grade-1 cold-rolled steel plates supplied by “Ansteel.” The steel plate thickness around the perimeter of the cabinet body is 1.5mm throughout; the four edges in the horizontal direction feature rounded corners. The internal lining panels, back panels, and vertical partitions are all made of 0.8mm-thick “Ansteel” steel plates. The metal support frames for the wall-mounted cabinets are welded from 25×25×2.0mm square tubes provided by “Xinhua,” and are fixed at both ends of the bed frame and at the bottom of the wall-mounted cabinets.
    (2) Structure: A foldable bed curtain frame is installed above the wall-mounted cabinet. The wall-mounted cabinet and the bed frame are assembled and connected via a metal framework, ensuring a sturdy, durable, and shake-free final product. Equipped with "Hafele" hinges.
    (3) Finishing: All steel components undergo degreasing and derusting treatments before being electrostatically powder-coated. The coating color is sand-textured white, with a thickness ranging from 30 to 60 μm. The finished metal products exhibit uniform and consistent coloration, with a coating adhesion rating of ≥ Grade 2 and an impact resistance rating of ≥ Grade 3. Wood panels are double-faced with oak-grain fire-retardant boards, and edges are sealed with clear oil (including around holes and hidden areas), ensuring they are environmentally friendly and odorless.
    (4) After assembly, our company’s products are odor-free. The plywood used meets the ENF-level environmental standards, with formaldehyde emission levels ≤ 0.025 mg/m³. The finished products comply with GB/T 3325 “General Technical Requirements for Metal Furniture,” GB 28008-2024 “Technical Specifications for Structural Safety of Furniture,” and GB 18584-2024 “Limit Values for Harmful Substances in Furniture.”
