    (1) Base Material: The double-door wardrobe body is made of steel, featuring a fixed shelf inside and a Φ25×1.2mm stainless steel clothes rail. The door panels are crafted from 18mm-thick ENF-grade “Tu Baobao” multi-layer plywood, with double-sided fire-retardant veneer in oak grain pattern and clear-oil-sealed edges. The upper cabinet section incorporates a reinforced supporting structure. The exterior of the cabinet body is constructed using 1.5mm-thick Grade-1 cold-rolled steel sheet from “Ansteel,” with rounded corners on all four horizontal edges. The interior lining panels, shelves, and back panel are made of 0.8mm-thick Grade-1 cold-rolled steel sheet from “Ansteel.” The shelves feature triple-folded edges on all four sides and are equipped with reinforcing ribs at the bottom. The metal base cabinet’s exterior perimeter, back panel, and intermediate movable shelves are fabricated from 1.2mm-thick Grade-1 cold-rolled steel sheet from “Ansteel.” The shelves have triple-folded edges on all four sides and are fitted with reinforcing ribs at the bottom. Inside the base cabinet, a support frame is constructed from 20×40×2.0mm rectangular steel tubes from “Xinhua,” while the steel base frame at the bottom is welded from 20×20×2.0mm square steel tubes also from “Xinhua.” All weld joints on the metal components are smooth and uniformly finished.
    (2) Function: The cabinet body of the double-door wardrobe and the lower metal base cabinet body are integrated through hardware components, ensuring robustness and durability. The cabinet door handles are made of 2mm-thick wood-grain transfer steel plates with externally mounted lock lugs. Hinges are included.
    (3) Coating: All steel components undergo degreasing and derusting treatments before being electrostatically powder-coated in a sand-textured white color. The coating thickness ranges from 30 to 60 μm. The finished metal products exhibit uniform and consistent coloration, with a coating adhesion rating of ≥ Grade 2 and an impact resistance rating of ≥ Grade 3. Wood panels are double-faced with fire-retardant boards featuring oak grain patterns, and edges are sealed with clear oil (including around holes and hidden areas), ensuring environmental friendliness and the absence of any odors.
    (4) After assembly, our company’s products are odor-free. The plywood used meets the ENF-level environmental standards, with formaldehyde emission levels ≤ 0.025 mg/m³. The finished products comply with GB/T 3325 “General Technical Requirements for Metal Furniture,” GB 28008-2024 “Technical Specifications for Structural Safety of Furniture,” and GB 18584-2024 “Limit Values for Harmful Substances in Furniture.”
